The second meeting in March of 2008 the Grand Masters from the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and Texas met in Little Rock, Arkansas for the purpose of the continued discussion pertaining to the establishment of an affiliation which would allow the different states to come together at a set time for the purpose of continuing the various and higher levels of Masonic work. This work will include but not be limited to the establishment of a Masonic Congress and Supreme Council. Further purpose shall include an invitation to other Independent Grand Lodges to join this affiliation to be established.
